Sweet Potato Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. boiled sweet potatoes
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 box Pet pie crust

Preparation

On 1 pie crust for bottom crust, put potatoes with juice, sugar, butter and vanilla in pan.
Mix flour and milk together until well blended.
Pour over other ingredients.
Put pie crust on top.
Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
