Potluck Favorite Grits And Cheese(1977 Cookbook) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. Albers grits
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 1/2 cubes margarine
    3 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Stir
    boiling
    water,
    grits and salt together and cook until smooth and thick.
    Stir cut up cheese and margarine into cooked grits
    until
    melted.
    Add beaten eggs; mix well.
    Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
