Beefy Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. dried beef
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. Accent
    few drops Tabasco
Preparation
    Shred beef in blender.
    Save 1/2 cup shredded beef.
    Blend cream cheese, onion, remaining beef, Worcestershire sauce, Accent and Tabasco.
    Shape into 2 large or 4 small balls.
    Roll in reserved shredded beef.
    Serve at room temperature with crackers.
