2 Tbsp. flour (mix with sugar)
1 stick oleo
4 eggs (beaten separately into flour, sugar and oleo)
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Mix ingredients and
cook
for 15 minutes at 400\u00b0, then lower temperature to 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
