Italian Beef(Made With Venison) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. venison roast
    12 bouillon cubes
    4 tsp. Italian seasoning
    4 tsp. fennel seasoning
    8 pepperoncini peppers
    1/2 c. pepper juice
Preparation
    Place roast on top of stove and cover with water.
    Let boil. Place bouillon cubes in pot and boil approximately 3 hours or until tender.
    Pull all meat off bone and shred.
    Place meat back into broth mixture and add Italian seasonings, fennel seasonings, pepper and pepper juice.
    Cook for 1 hour more or until broth is barely over the meat.
    Extra water may be needed during boiling.
