3 graham cracker pie crusts
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 can condensed milk
1 16 oz Cool Whip
2/3 c. toasted pecans
2/3 c. toasted coconut
Caramel ice cream topping
Preparation

Beat cream cheese and milk until smooth. Stir in cool Whip. Spread 1/2 the mixture in the 3 pie crusts. Sprinkle with 1/2 the nuts and coconut. Drizzle on caramel. Spread with rest of cream mixture, sprinkle with nuts and coconut. Drizzle with caramel and freeze.
