Marinated Flank Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. soy sauce
3/4 c. oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/3 c. honey
1 1/2 tsp. garlic
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Pour into oblong baking pan.
Place flank steak into marinade, turning to coat.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.
Barbecue several minutes each side, center should be rare.
Slice thinly on the diagonal.
