Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
dash of salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
2 c. grated cheese
12 corn tortillas
Preparation

Brown hamburger, onion and garlic.
Drain.
Add tomato sauce, chili powder, salt and pepper.
Heat thoroughly.
Line medium-sized casserole dish with 6 tortillas.
Pour in meat mixture.
Cover with 6 tortillas.
Combine soup with milk.
Pour over top of casserole.
Sprinkle grated cheese over top.
Bake for 25 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Serves 8.
