Shipwreck Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
8 slices Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 can water
Preparation

Cook noodles; drain.
Set aside.
Cook all other ingredients (but cheese) in skillet until done.
Put half cheese on top of noodles.
Top this with ground beef mixture, then cheese on top of this.
Pour can of cream of celery soup diluted witn 1/2 can water.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
