Porketta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Pork butt or shoulder roast
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. fennel seed
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. celery flakes
1 tsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
-
Cut deep slits in top & bottom of the roast.
Mix spices together and put a spoonful in each slit.
Cover loosely and bake in oven overnight at 200\u00b0.
Take roast out and pull meat apart with forks.
Add 1/2 cup water, cover and bake another 2 - 4 hours at 200\u00b0.
