Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. light brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen peach slices, thawed (or 2 c. fresh)
    1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan combine brown sugar, cornstarch and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat; stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in peaches and lemon juice. Spoon mixture in 1-1/2 quart round baking dish. Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
