Dipper'S Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
    1 egg
    vegetable oil
    1/3 c. water
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. sesame seed
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    sweet and sour sauce (for dipping)
    cocktail sauce (for dipping)
    tartar sauce (for dipping)
    red onion rings (for garnish)
Preparation
    Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces on cutting board; set aside. Heat 3 inches of oil in large, heavy saucepan over medium-high heat until oil registers 375\u00b0 on deep fry thermometer.
    Adjust heat to maintain temperature.
