Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked pie shell
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
dash of salt
1 c. sour cream
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. diced apples
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter or margarine
Preparation

Sift together into bowl 2 tablespoons flour, 3/4 cup sugar, nutmeg and salt.
Add sour cream; beat well.
Add egg, and vanilla.
Beat until smooth.
Add diced apples.
Place in pie shell.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 or until apples are done.
Remove from oven.
Mix 1/3 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour, cinnamon and butter.
Sprinkle mix over top of pie and bake 10 minutes longer.
