Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c carrots, finely grated
    1-1/2 c oil
    2 c sugar
    2 c flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp baking soda
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp salt
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients together until well mixed.
    Pour into 2 buttered and floured 8 inch round cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
    Let cool and cover with icing (recipe to follow).
