Petite Broccoli Quiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. half and half
    3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine softened cream cheese and butter in a medium mixing bowl.
    Beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth. Add flour and beat at medium speed until smooth.
    Shape pastry into 24 (1-inch) balls.
    Place each ball into an ungreased miniature (1 3/4-inch) muffin pan.
    Press dough onto bottom and sides to form shells.
    Set aside.
    Combine chopped broccoli and remaining ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well.
    Spoon broccoli mixture evenly into shells.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
    Yield: 2 dozen.
