Cottage Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 cans sliced potatoes (canned)
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    dash of garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix the ingredients and place in a greased casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Remove from oven and add 1 cup more of Cheddar; sprinkle with paprika.
    Return to oven and bake until cheese melts.
    Garnish with more green onions and bacon bits, if desired.
