Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 medium potatoes
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 medium onion
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Dice onion.
    Mix in with ground beef in a skillet.
    Brown and drain.
    Peel and cut up potatoes; boil.
    Mash potatoes and set aside.
    Crumble beef cubes in 1/3 cup warm water.
    Add flour and stir until smooth.
    Add to ground beef and simmer about 15 minutes.
    Transfer ground beef to 9-inch round pie dish or 6 x 9-inch rectangular dish.
    Spread mashed potatoes on top with a fork (use back of fork to make crisscross lines across potatoes). Sprinkle cheese on top and brown under broiler oven.
    For larger pie, double ingredients, using 9 x 13-inch oblong dish.
