Pepperoni Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 medium green peppers, cut into strips
1/2 lb. pepperoni sliced
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 (16 oz. can) whole tomatoes--undrained and unchopped
1 tsp. dried whole oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
hot cooked spaghetti
grated parmesan cheese
Preparation

Saute onion, garlic, green pepper, and pepperoni in oil in a skillet for 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes, oregano, and salt.
Cover and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Uncover and cook 1 minute to thicken.
Spoon sauce over spaghetti and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
