"Christmas Yummy Bars" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut chips
2 c. peanut butter
1 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. vanilla cooking pudding
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 lb. powdered sugar
1 lb. peanuts, salted
Preparation

Melt first 4 ingredients. Pour half into jelly roll pan. Refrigerate the other half; just keep in pan. Then combine butter, pudding and milk. On medium heat, boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add flavoring and powdered sugar. Pour slowly on top of chocolate layer. Freeze until hard. Add peanuts to remaining ingredients. Spread melted chocolate on top. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into 1-inch squares.
