Italian Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. crescent dinner rolls
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. chopped onions
    4 c. thin sliced zucchini
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 eggs
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Press dinner rolls into 10-inch pan.
    Spread with 2 teaspoons mustard.
    Simmer 10 minutes in frying pan margarine, onions and zucchini.
    Add parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano. Beat 2 eggs and mix with Mozzarella cheese.
    Pour into shell and bake at 375\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
