Mexican Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 can chicken/rice soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can tomato paste
    1 can taco sauce
    1 can green chilies
    1/2 can jalapeno relish
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    Brown and drain ground beef; add all except cheese.
    Let mixture come to boil.
    Line casserole dish with tortilla chips, then layer of cheese and half of meat mixture, then another of chips, cheese and meat mixture.
    Top with crumbled chips and cheese.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
