Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 jars junior carrots
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Chop carrots, mix all ingredients together, ensure thoroughly blended.
    Pour into greased bread pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
