Cucumber Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. cooked, cooled and peeled, sliced potatoes
    1 1/2 large peeled, sliced cucumbers (after slicing, pat slices dry a little)
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    In large bowl, place sliced potatoes and cucumber slices; stir together.
    In smaller bowl, mix sour cream and sugar, then stir into potato-cucumber mixture.
    Stir and dissolve 1/2 teaspoon sugar into vinegar; pour into and mix through the potatoes/cucumbers.
