Creamy Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. rice
    1/4 c. raisins
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pinch salt
    1 large egg
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine milk, rice, raisins, sugar and salt in saucepan. Bring to boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally until rice is tender, about 30 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Whisk egg, 2 tablespoons milk, nutmeg and cinnamon in small bowl.
    Stir 1/2 cup rice into yolk mixture until blended, then stir into rest of rice.
    Return to low heat and cook stirring, until most of liquid is absorbed.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Serve warm.
