Diabetic Colorful Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. wine vinegar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 pkg. artificial sweetener (optional)
    6 oz. twist macaroni, cooked, rinsed with cold water and drained (multicolored pasta is a nice touch)
    1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
    3 c. frozen Italian or Oriental style mixed vegetables, blanched and drained
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, pepper, garlic, salt, oregano and onion.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Toss well, cover and chill.
    May wish to toss gently two more times while chilling and immediately before serving.
