Squash Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 squash
    1 onion
    flour
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion until tender. Drain all water; get as much water out as possible. Add 1 egg, salt and pepper to taste. Add flour slowly until mixture is the consistency of hush puppies. Spoon into hot grease and fry until golden brown.
