Creamy Chicken Vegetable Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. milk or half and half
1 c. chicken broth
10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of potato soup
10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1/3 c. chopped green onions
1 (11 oz.) can Green Giant Mexicorn
4.5 oz. jar Green Giant sliced mushrooms, undrained
4 oz. can chopped green chilies, drained
6 oz. mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In 4-quart saucepan, combine milk, chicken broth, cream of potato soup and cream of chicken soup; blend well.
Add remaining chowder ingredients, except cheese; mix well.
Cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat.
Add cheese; stir until melted.
