Company Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. medium noodles (1/2 lb.)
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/3 c. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. minced green pepper
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook noodles in salted water according to package directions. Drain.
    In a skillet, saute chuck, green pepper and onion until slightly browned. Stir in tomato sauce.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir cottage cheese, cream cheese and sour cream into noodles.
    In a 3-quart casserole, spread half of the noodles and top with half the meat mixture.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake at
    375\u00b0 until bubbly.
