Geecheed Cabbage With Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon, cut up
    1/2 c. finely chopped bell peppers
    4 Tbsp. onions, chopped
    2 c. stewed tomatoes
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. French's mustard
    dash of pepper sauce
    6 c. chopped cabbage, cooked
Preparation
    In a
    big
    heavy pot fry bacon, green peppers and onion until crisp.
    Add
    everything
    else and stir well. Cook until heated through.
    Serve
    over rice for the best and only way to get Geechee flavor.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
