Apricot Cheese Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (17 1/2 oz.) can apricots, drained and chopped
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
2 pkg. jello (orange or apricot)
2 c. hot water
1 c. apricot juice
1 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation

Drain fruit.
Keep apricot and pineapple juice separate. Chill fruit.
Dissolve jello in hot water and add apricot juice. Fold in apricots, pineapple and mini marshmallows.
Chill until firm, then add topping.
