Chicken Gourmet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breast halves
1/4 c. margarine
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. coffee cream or canned milk
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Cut each chicken breast in half.
Melt margarine in heavy frying pan.
Blend in garlic, salt, chili powder, pepper and dry mustard.
Brown chicken breasts on both sides.
Cover pan.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes until tender.
Place on heated platter.
Add flour to pan juices and stir until thick. Slowly pour in cream and milk and stir until it thickens.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon over chicken breasts.
