Delicious And Easy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag frozen hash brown potatoes, partially thawed
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 cube melted butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. minced onion (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix hash browns, soup, melted butter, sour cream, cheese, garlic powder, onion, salt and pepper.
    Mix thoroughly and put in a buttered casserole dish.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for at least 1 hour.
