Pork Chop Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops
6 to 8 small potatoes, peeled
4 carrots, sliced
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. steak sauce
Preparation

Trim chops and brown in skillet.
Pour off excess fat.
Arrange potatoes and carrots around chops.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops and vegetables.
Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until chops are tender.
