Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    oregano
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 dry Marsala wine
    fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Pat chicken
    breasts
    dry and dredge in flour, seasoned with salt
    and pepper.
    Sprinkle oregano over chicken breasts. Heat oil and
    butter in heavy skillet and brown chicken.
    When brown on both
    sides add wine and cover.
    Simmer 30 minutes or until tender.
    Sprinkle
    Parmesan over chicken before serving. Serves 4.
