Beans With Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dried beans
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. oil
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    2 1/2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 lb. tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 lb. spinach
    salt
Preparation
    Soak beans in enough water to cover for 2
    hours. Drain and cook in fresh unsalted water to cover until almost cooked.
    Add the teaspoon of salt and cook until tender.
    Drain.
