Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    2 eggs
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 small can Pet milk
    1 pt. persimmons
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Cream sugar and margarine; add eggs and remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
