Sausage Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. raw rice
1 lb. smoked sausage
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
salt
Preparation
-
Brown sausage; drain.
Add onions and bell pepper and saute; then add rice and salt.
Cook until tender.
Tomato sauce may be added.
