No Bake Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    2 Tbsp. water
    16 oz. can pumpkin
    9-inch graham cracker crust
Preparation
    In small bowl blend milk, eggs, spices and salt.
    Set aside. In medium saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over water, let stand 1 minute.
    Stir over low heat until gelatin completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.
    Blend in milk mixture.
    Continue stirring over low heat until mixture is slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Blend in pumpkin.
    Turn into pie crust.
    Chill until firm.
    Garnish as desired.
    Suggest making the day before serving for best results.
