Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. milk
    cinnamon
Preparation
    First cook rice and milk in double boiler for 45 minutes or until rice is done.
    Mix all other ingredients together.
    When rice is done, mix together.
    Sprinkle top with cinnamon.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes in hot water.
