Veal Piccata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    4 veal slices (very thin)
    1/4 c. butter
    3 to 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder; set aside. Remove and discard any excess fat from veal and dredge in flour mixture.
