Ralston Pineapple Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sifted flour
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. Ralston cereal
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1 egg
1/3 c. salad oil
1 c. undrained crushed pineapple

Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Sift together dry ingredients; blend in Ralston and sugar.
Beat egg; add oil and pineapple.
Add to dry ingredients.
Stir only enough to moisten flour.
Bake until tester comes out clean.
