Tucker'S Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. bag washed baby spinach
    10 oz. (1 1/4 c.) grated Mozzarella cheese (plus extra for topping)
    10 oz. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    6 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    6 Tbsp. half and half
    4 oz. can diced green chili peppers, drained
    1 to 2 Tbsp. granulated garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    bag of tortilla chips
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Set aside.
