Canned Okra To Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. okra, cut up
    5 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 1/2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix ingredients by shaking.
    Cover okra with water.
    Add vinegar and salt mixture.
    Bring to a boil.
    Boil 2 minutes.
    Put okra in jars.
    Fill with water mixture and seal.
    Put in hot water bath for 10 minutes.
    Have lids in boiling water.
