Cream Cheese Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. sugar for top
1 egg, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
pecans
Preparation

Press 1 can of rolls into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Blend cream cheese, vanilla, sugar and egg yolk until smooth.
Spread over pressed rolls.
Press second can of rolls to go over cream cheese. Seal all around the sides.
Beat egg white until foamy and brush over top.
Sprinkle sugar and pecans over egg white.
Bake for about 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
