Vegetable Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew beef
    1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes
    2 carrots, sliced
    2 medium onions, diced*
    2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
    3 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 celery stalks, sliced (optional)
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables*
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in crock-pot. Cover and cook on low for 12 to 24 hours. (High 4 to 6 hours.)
