Rice Drop Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. cooked rice
    3 Tbsp. minced parsley
    4 c. well seasoned chicken broth
Preparation
    Mix flour, beaten egg, milk and melted butter.
    Stir in rice and parsley.
    Beat until smooth.
    Drop from spoon into hot chicken stock.
    Cover.
    Cook 15 minutes; leave covered during time dumplings are cooking.
    Do not boil.
