Scallop Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream-style corn
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. crushed soda crackers
    1/4 c. evaporated milk (undiluted)
    1/4 c. finely chopped green peppers
    1/4 c. finely shredded carrots
    1 Tbsp. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    6 drops Tabasco
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cheese, grated
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except cheese.
    Turn into greased baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until set.
    Put cheese on top and sprinkle with paprika.
    Good.
