Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. shredded cabbage
    2 onions, chopped
    6 c. water
    1 can (No. 1) tomatoes, chopped
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed (optional)
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 Tbsp. salt (less if desired)
Preparation
    Melt margarine in soup kettle.
    Cook cabbage and onions in the margarine for 15 minutes.
    Stir in flour and mix well.
    Gradually add water while stirring and heat to boiling.
    Add the rest of the ingredients.
    Simmer over low heat for 1 hour.
    Serves 8.
