Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 chicken breasts (skin on or skinless)
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. water
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 row Clubhouse crackers, crushed
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. onion salt
4 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation

In a Ziploc bag, mix flour, Bisquick, crackers, onion salt, paprika and sugar.
Beat egg and water.
Dip chicken in egg, then in mix in bag.
Fry until brown.
Then place on cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
