Corned Beef Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese, cut into small pieces
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 (4 1/4 oz.) can Underwood corned beef spread
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
    3 Tbsp. diced tomatoes
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. chopped parsley crackers (I use parsley flakes)
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, Cheddar cheese and corned beef spread.
    Add green onions and tomatoes and mix well.
    Shape into a ball; roll in mixture of pecans and parsley. Chill; serve cold with crackers.
    Makes 1 (4-inch) ball.
